Get in on the trend that has everyone talking…

It’s happened to all of us, right? While scrolling through social media, you come upon a clip of someone running their hands through slime or whispering softly into the camera. For the uninitiated, these posts exploit a physical response known as ASMR, and videos intended to trigger this response have exploded in popularity in the last couple of years.

What’s all the hype about? Although ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, has millions of enthusiasts, science is still trying to make sense of how it works. ASMR is often experienced as a warm, tingling feeling in the brain, and it can be triggered by anything from tapping to whispers.
